本注意事项是《TrendSeek 用户服务协议》《隐私政策》《权限申请》《用户使用指南》的配套补充文件，与上述文件具有同等法律效力。
请您在使用本 App 前仔细阅读并严格遵守本注意事项全部内容，您使用 TrendSeek App 的任何行为，均视为您已充分理解、完全接受并自愿遵守本注意事项的全部约定。本文件旨在明确您使用过程中的核心风险、合规红线、权利边界与安全要点，全力保障您的账号安全、合法权益与平台合规运营。
一、账号安全核心注意事项
账号权属与使用规范
本 App 账号所有权归平台所有，您完成注册后仅获得账号的个人使用权。严禁以出租、出借、转让、售卖、赠与、继承等任何方式处置账号，不得授权第三方使用您的账号，否则平台有权直接封禁账号，由此产生的全部损失、法律责任均由您自行承担。
登录信息保密义务
请您妥善保管账号密码、短信验证码、第三方授权凭证，切勿将验证码、账号密码告知任何第三方。平台工作人员绝不会以任何理由向您索要验证码、密码，任何索要该类信息的行为均涉嫌诈骗，请您务必警惕。因您保管不善导致的账号被盗、财产损失、信息泄露，全部责任由您自行承担。
注册信息合规要求
注册账号需使用您本人合法持有的手机号、第三方账号，确保注册信息真实、合法、有效，不得冒用他人身份信息、使用虚假信息注册账号，否则平台有权直接注销账号，并追究您的相关法律责任。
异常情况应急处理
如您发现账号异地登录、密码被篡改、功能异常、内容被盗用等情况，请立即通过 App 内「账号安全」功能冻结账号、修改密码，或通过官方邮箱联系我们紧急处置，避免损失扩大。
账号换绑与注销提示
更换手机号前，请务必先完成账号内手机号换绑，避免原手机号注销后无法登录、找回账号；申请账号注销前，请提前备份您的云衣橱数据、穿搭记录、社区作品等个人内容，注销完成后，账号内全部数据将按规则永久删除且无法恢复。
二、核心功能使用注意事项
（一）智能衣橱与穿搭功能
上传内容合规承诺：您上传至云衣橱的衣物图片、3D 数字形象、穿搭素材，必须为您本人享有完整合法权利的内容。不得上传、使用他人享有版权、肖像权的图片、建模数据，不得上传包含人脸、指纹等生物识别信息的内容。平台 AI 仅处理非生物识别的身形、尺码参数，会自动过滤所有生物特征信息。
数据存储与备份提示：您的衣橱数据将采用加密方式存储于云端与本地，建议您开启「自动云同步」功能，避免重装 App、更换设备导致数据丢失；您可随时删除衣橱内的全部数据，删除后平台将立即停止相关 AI 处理行为，并在 15 个工作日内从服务器彻底清除相关数据（法律法规强制要求留存的除外）。
穿搭记录使用规范：您生成的穿搭记录、AI 穿搭效果图，仅限个人非商业用途使用。未经完整合法授权，不得将其用于商业宣传、售卖、二次创作等商用场景，否则由此产生的全部侵权责任由您自行承担。
（二）社区互动功能
发布内容合规红线：您在社区发布的帖子、评论、图片、视频等全部内容，需严格遵守法律法规、公序良俗与平台规则。严禁发布涉政、色情、暴力、恐怖、网络谣言、网络暴力、民族 / 性别歧视、恶意营销等违法违规内容，严禁发布侵犯他人知识产权、肖像权、隐私权、名誉权的内容。
内容发布责任提示：您对自己发布的全部内容承担全部法律责任，即使内容通过平台审核，也不免除您的相关合规责任。如您发布的内容被第三方投诉、监管部门核查，平台有权立即删除内容，并对账号采取对应处置措施，由此产生的全部损失、法律责任均由您自行承担。
社区互动行为规范：严禁在社区实施刷赞、刷评、买粉、恶意引流、虚假宣传、辱骂他人、煽动对立、人肉搜索等违规行为，严禁盗用、二次剪辑他人穿搭作品违规发布。平台有权对违规账号采取限流、禁言、短期封禁、永久封禁等处置措施。
公开内容权限提示：您发布的公开帖子可被其他用户查看、互动，如需调整可见范围，可随时在帖子编辑页面修改；删除已发布的帖子后，平台将立即停止公开展示，并在 15 个工作日内从服务器清除相关内容。
（三）穿搭日历功能
提醒功能权限提示：穿搭日历的提醒功能需您开启 App 系统通知权限，如需同步至系统日历，需授权日历读写权限。您可随时在系统设置或 App 内权限管理页面调整权限状态，关闭权限仅影响提醒功能，不影响 App 其他核心功能使用。
数据同步提示：日历穿搭数据将与您的云衣橱数据实时同步，账号注销后，日历内的全部穿搭内容将同步永久删除，请您提前做好本地备份。
（四）AI 对话与 AIGC 工具功能
合规使用核心要求：您使用 AI 图像生成、视频生成、文字生成、AI 穿搭推荐、AI 对话功能时，需严格遵守《生成式人工智能服务管理暂行办法》及全球各适用法域的 AI 监管法规。严禁提交涉政、色情、暴力、侵权、违法犯罪相关的提示词、指令与素材，严禁利用 AI 工具生成深度伪造内容、虚假信息、侵权内容。
平台合规承诺重申：AI 穿搭功能仅处理您主动上传的 3D 数字形象中的非生物识别数据，绝不提取、处理、存储您的人脸、指纹等任何生物识别信息；您上传的所有素材、3D 数字形象数据、AI 生成相关数据，仅用于为您提供对应服务，绝不会向任何第三方共享、出售、出租或未经授权披露。
AI 内容使用风险提示：AI 生成的所有内容（穿搭方案、图像、视频、文字）仅为创意参考与穿搭建议，不构成任何消费、穿搭、商业决策的强制指引，您基于 AI 生成内容做出的任何决策、行为，由您自行承担全部责任与风险。
知识产权合规提示：您使用 AI 工具生成内容时，需确保提交的提示词、参考素材已获得完整合法授权；生成内容如需商用，需自行完成合规校验与全部授权申请，平台不对生成内容的知识产权合规性承担责任。未经平台书面授权，不得将 AI 生成内容用于训练其他 AI 模型、商业售卖等违规用途。
对话历史管理提示：您的 AI 对话历史仅您本人可查看，您可随时删除单条或全部对话记录，删除后将永久无法恢复；平台不会查看、使用您的对话历史内容用于本规范约定之外的用途，法律法规另有规定的除外。
三、隐私与权限使用注意事项
权限自主管控原则：平台严格遵循「最小必要、明示告知、用户自主可控」原则申请权限，所有非基础必需权限均在您主动触发对应功能时申请。您可随时进入手机系统设置，或 App 内「我的 - 设置 - 权限管理」页面，自主开启 / 关闭任意权限，拒绝授权仅影响对应功能使用，不会影响 App 基础功能运行。平台绝不会静默申请、捆绑申请与服务无关的权限。
敏感权限使用承诺：相机、麦克风、定位、相册、存储等敏感权限，仅在您主动使用对应功能时启动。平台绝不会在后台未经您允许私自启动相机、麦克风、定位，绝不会自动扫描、批量读取您的相册、存储空间内未主动选择的内容。
日志存储规则提示：平台严格按合规要求存储 App 运行日志、操作日志，本地日志存储期限不少于 180 天，服务器端日志最长存储不超过 180 天。您可随时通过 App 内设置或官方邮箱，申请提前删除本地及服务器端的相关日志；到期后平台将自动对日志进行删除或匿名化处理。
个人信息保护提示：请勿在社区帖子、评论、AI 对话、个人主页中泄露您的身份证号、银行卡号、家庭住址、精准联系方式等敏感个人信息，由此产生的信息泄露风险与损失由您自行承担。平台绝不会主动向您索要上述敏感个人信息。
第三方服务风险提示：平台接入的第三方 API/SDK 仅用于提升 App 运行效率、实现特定辅助功能，平台已与所有合作第三方签订严格的数据处理协议，严格限定其信息处理范围与安全责任。您使用第三方服务时，需遵守第三方的服务规则与隐私政策，平台不对第三方服务的内容、质量、安全承担责任，法律法规另有规定的除外。
四、合规红线与绝对禁止行为
您在使用本 App 过程中，严禁实施以下任何行为。否则平台有权根据违规情节严重程度，采取警告、功能限制、临时禁言、短期封禁、永久封禁、强制注销等处置措施，并向监管部门、公安机关上报，追究您的全部法律责任：
- 违反宪法、法律法规、危害国家安全、泄露国家秘密、颠覆国家政权、破坏民族团结、宣扬邪教、封建迷信的行为；
- 制作、复制、发布、传播色情、暴力、恐怖、赌博、诈骗、侮辱诽谤、煽动对立、网络暴力、歧视性、违背公序良俗的内容的行为；
- 利用 App 及 AI 工具实施深度伪造、侵犯他人知识产权、肖像权、隐私权、名誉权、商业秘密等合法权益的行为；
- 冒用他人身份、盗用他人账号、伪造资质、虚假宣传、恶意营销、诈骗、洗钱等违法犯罪行为；
- 恶意注册批量账号、刷量刷赞、虚假互动、网络攻击、破解 App 程序、反向工程、提取算法模型、干扰 App 正常运营的行为；
- 未经平台书面授权，将 App 及相关服务、内容用于商业售卖、二次开发、广告投放、AI 模型训练等商用行为；
- 违反本注意事项、平台相关协议规则，以及您所在法域法律法规的其他行为。
五、风险与免责提示
平台将尽力保障 App 服务的稳定、持续运行，但不对服务的绝对不中断、无差错、无延迟做任何明示或暗示的担保；因系统维护、版本升级、服务器优化等需要临时暂停服务的，平台将提前通过 App 内公告告知。
因地震、台风、洪水、战争、疫情、政府行为、电信运营商故障、网络攻击、黑客入侵等不可抗力、不可控制的因素，导致 App 服务中断、数据丢失、功能异常的，平台不承担相关法律责任，将尽力协助您处理后续事宜。
您因自身操作不当、账号保管不善、授权第三方使用、违规使用 App 等自身过错，导致的任何损失、第三方索赔、监管处罚，均由您自行承担；如因此给平台造成损失（包括赔偿金、罚款、诉讼费、律师费、商誉损失等），平台有权向您全额追偿。
平台提供的所有 AI 推荐、穿搭方案、生成内容、社区内容均仅为参考，不构成任何消费、穿搭、商业决策的强制指引，您基于上述内容做出的任何决策、行为，由您自行承担全部责任与风险。
六、未成年人使用注意事项
本 App 不向未满 13 周岁（美国地区）、未满 14 周岁（中国大陆地区）、未满 16 周岁（欧盟 / EEA 地区）的未成年人提供服务。平台不会故意收集上述未成年人的个人信息，如发现违规注册，将立即注销账号并彻底删除相关信息。
已满 14 周岁未满 18 周岁的未成年人，需在监护人的知情、同意并全程指导下使用本 App，监护人需对未成年人的使用行为承担相应法律责任。
未成年人使用 App 时，需严格遵守法律法规、公序良俗与本注意事项，谨防网络诈骗、个人信息泄露，避免沉迷网络；监护人如发现未成年人违规使用 App，可通过官方邮箱联系我们，我们将全力配合处理相关事宜。
七、账号处置与申诉说明
如您的账号存在违规行为，平台将根据违规情节严重程度，采取分级处置措施，相关处置记录将同步留存，符合法定情形的将上报监管部门。
您对账号处置结果有异议的，可在收到处置通知后 7 个工作日内，通过官方邮箱 contact@trendsetting-ai.com 提交申诉。申诉时需提供您的账号信息、申诉理由与相关证明材料，平台将在收到申诉后 15 个工作日内完成核验并回复处理结果。
账号被永久封禁后，您将无法再使用该账号登录 App，账号内的未消耗增值服务、虚拟权益将按平台规则处理，账号内的违规内容将被永久删除。
八、其他注意事项
平台有权根据法律法规更新、监管要求、业务发展需要，修订本注意事项。修订后的内容将通过 App 内公告、弹窗提示等方式提前告知，修订内容生效后，您继续使用 App 即视为您同意修订后的全部内容。
本 App 内的所有商标、logo、软件著作权、算法模型、UI 设计、专利等知识产权，均归平台所有，未经平台书面授权，您不得擅自使用、复制、传播、修改上述内容。

User Notices
These User Notices supplement the User Service Agreement, Privacy Policy, Permission Application Statement and User Guide, and have the same legal effect.
Please read these notes carefully before using the TrendSeek application. Your continued use of the App shall be deemed that you have fully understood and voluntarily complied with all contents herein. This document clarifies account security risks, compliance boundaries, functional usage specifications and privacy protection reminders to safeguard your legitimate rights and interests.
1. Account Security Precautions
Account Ownership
All App accounts are owned by the Platform. Users only obtain personal non-transferable usage rights. You shall not rent, lend, resell, transfer or gift your account to any third party. The Platform has the right to restrict or ban accounts in case of unauthorized transfer.
Confidentiality of Account Information
Please properly keep your account password, SMS verification codes and third-party authorization credentials. The Platform staff will never take the initiative to request your password or verification code. Any fraudulent request for such information should be rejected immediately. You shall be solely responsible for account theft, information leakage or property losses caused by improper custody.
Authentic Registration Information
You shall register and use the account with your real and legally owned information. It is prohibited to impersonate others or use false identities to register accounts. Violators will have their accounts suspended or cancelled.
Emergency Handling for Abnormal Accounts
If you detect abnormal login, password modification without authorization, content tampering or account misuse, please freeze your account promptly, change your password, and contact our official customer service email for emergency disposal to avoid further losses.
Account Unbinding and Cancellation Reminders
Please complete mobile phone number replacement in advance if you change your contact number. Before account cancellation, please back up your wardrobe data, outfit records and published content manually. After cancellation, all personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymized in accordance with privacy rules and cannot be recovered.
2. Core Function Usage Notes
2.1 Smart Wardrobe & Outfit Functions
All uploaded clothing pictures, 3D digital avatars and dressing materials must be legally authorized by yourself. You are prohibited from uploading content containing others' copyrights, portrait rights or any biometric information such as facial features and fingerprints.
The Platform only processes non-biometric body data and size parameters of 3D digital images, and will automatically filter and block all sensitive biological feature data.
Your wardrobe data is stored in encrypted local and cloud servers. It is recommended to enable automatic cloud synchronization to prevent data loss caused by device replacement or App reinstallation.
Outfit records and AI dressing renderings are limited to personal non-commercial use. Any commercial promotion, resale or secondary creation without authorization is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Community Interaction
All texts, pictures, videos and comments posted in the community must comply with laws, public order and good morals. It is prohibited to publish politically sensitive, pornographic, violent, terrorist, discriminatory, defamatory, rumor-related or malicious marketing content.
You shall bear full legal responsibility for all content you publish. Platform review does not exempt users from content compliance liabilities. The Platform reserves the right to delete non-compliant content and impose account penalties.
Malicious behaviors such as bulk liking, fake followers, abusive comments, cyber bullying and unauthorized reproduction of others' works are forbidden.
Public posts can be viewed by all users. You may adjust content visibility permissions at any time. Deleted posts will be removed from public display immediately and permanently cleared within a statutory period.
2.3 Dressing Calendar
The calendar reminder function requires you to enable system notification permissions. Synchronization with the system calendar needs corresponding calendar authorization. Disabling permissions will only affect reminder services and will not interfere with basic functions.
All calendar dressing data is synchronized with your cloud wardrobe. Relevant records will be permanently deleted after account cancellation.
2.4 AI Dialogue and AIGC Functions
You must comply with national artificial intelligence regulations when using AI image, video, text generation and intelligent dialogue functions. It is forbidden to input illegal, infringing, violent, vulgar or deep fake-related instructions.
The Platform will never collect, process or store your biometric data. All uploaded materials and AI generated content will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent.
All AI-generated outfit plans, texts, images and videos are for reference only, and shall not be regarded as professional life, consumption or fashion advice. All decisions made by users based on AI content shall be at your own risk.
You shall ensure that all reference materials and prompt words are legally authorized. Unauthorized commercial use of AIGC content or using AI models for secondary training is prohibited.
Your AI conversation history is only accessible to yourself. You may delete records at any time, and deleted data cannot be restored.
3. Privacy & Permission Notes
The Platform strictly adheres to the principles of minimal necessity and trigger-based authorization. Sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, location, album and storage will only be requested when you actively enable corresponding functions.
You may view, enable or disable all App permissions in device system settings or in-app permission management pages at any time. Rejecting optional permissions will not affect the normal use of basic services.
The Platform will not secretly activate cameras, microphones or location services in the background, nor automatically scan or read your local storage and album files without your consent.
Local operation logs and crash logs will be retained for no less than 180 days as required by compliance. You may apply for manual log deletion at any time, and expired logs will be automatically anonymized or cleared.
Do not disclose sensitive personal information such as ID numbers, residential addresses, school information and private contact details in public posts, comments or AI dialogues to prevent privacy leakage.
Third-party SDKs and APIs adopted by the Platform are strictly reviewed and restricted by data processing agreements. Third parties are prohibited from exceeding the authorized scope for data collection and usage.
4. Prohibited Behaviors
You shall not engage in the following behaviors. Once violated, the Platform may issue warnings, restrict functions, mute, suspend or permanently ban your account, and report to regulatory authorities or judicial organs when necessary:
- Acts that endanger national security, violate laws and regulations, or damage public interests;
- Production and dissemination of vulgar, violent, illegal or bullying content;
- Using AI tools to forge portraits, create deep fake content or infringe upon others' legitimate rights and interests;
- Malicious registration of bulk accounts, attacking servers, exploiting vulnerabilities or interfering with normal platform operation;
- Cracking, reverse engineering, decompiling or modifying the App and AI algorithm models;
- Unauthorized commercial operation, paid services and illegal profit-making through the App;
- Other acts that violate platform rules and local applicable laws.
5. Risk Disclaimer
The Platform will strive to ensure stable and continuous service operation, but does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free services. Routine maintenance, version upgrades and server optimization may lead to temporary service suspension.
The Platform shall not be liable for service interruption, data loss or function abnormalities caused by force majeure, network failures, hacker attacks, policy adjustments or third-party service exceptions.
Any losses, third-party claims or administrative penalties arising from your improper operation, unauthorized permission activation or rule violation shall be borne solely by you.
The Platform assumes no liability for the authenticity, accuracy and legality of user-generated content and community information.
6. Minor Usage Provisions
This App is not intended for children under 13 years old in the U.S., under 14 years old in Chinese Mainland, and under 16 years old in the EU region. We will actively delete unintentionally collected minor information.
Minors aged 14 to 18 shall use the App under the supervision and consent of legal guardians. Enhanced data protection and content filtering will be applied to minor users.
Guardians shall assume supervision obligations, guide minors to use the Internet rationally, and bear corresponding legal responsibilities for minor violations.
7. Penalty and Appeal Mechanism
For accounts violating platform rules, the Platform will adopt hierarchical disposal measures including warning, function restriction, temporary freeze and permanent ban.
If you disagree with the disposal result, you may submit an appeal via the official email within 7 working days, providing your account information and relevant certification materials. We will complete review and reply within 15 working days.
8. Revision and Interpretation
The Platform reserves the right to revise these User Notes in response to legal updates, regulatory requirements and business adjustments.
Revised terms will be announced via in-app notifications. Your continued use of the App after the update shall be deemed acceptance of the revised contents.
All intellectual property rights of the App, including trademarks, software, algorithms and design, are reserved by Shanghai Chaoyin Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd.
